Service Completion Fee

Service Completion Fee – $80

Once your machine has undergone its initial pre-service assessment, the Service Completion Fee covers the hands-on labour required to fine-tune and adjust your machine to get it running at its best.

This stage includes:

• Precision Adjustments: Fine-tuning of key mechanical components, including tension discs, tension dials, needle bar height, zigzag width, feed dog timing, and main timing.

• Electrical Component Checks: Inspection and testing of key electrical elements to ensure they’re functioning correctly and safely.

• Performance Calibration: Adjusting stitch formation, feed, and movement to restore smooth, accurate sewing.

• Final Quality Checks: Once adjustments are complete, we run your machine through a series of tests to make sure everything is working as it should.

This $80 fee represents the labour cost for the core servicing work and is added after the initial pre-service assessment. Together, these two steps ensure your machine is cleaned, diagnosed, adjusted, and ready to sew beautifully again.

Please note: This fee applies to standard service work. Any additional repairs, replacement parts, or complex electrical work will be quoted separately before proceeding.
