Schmetz Costume Needle Set is designed for costume and cosplay projects. This nine-pack includes universal, stretch, jeans, and twin needles ranging in sizes from 70/10 to 100/16. Use stretch needles when sewing knits and stretch fabrics like spandex, lycra, elastic, and dance/swimwear fabric. The denim needle can be used on canvas, denim, and twill, while the universal needle is excellent for woven fabrics, cotton, poly/cotton, linens, nylon, and polyester. These needles can be used in household sewing machine brands where needles with a flat shank are required.

Most Schmetz needles, excluding the universal needles, include two color-coded bands below the shank. The top color code indicates the type of needle, and the lower band signifies the size.
