Pre-Service Assessment – $80

Before we carry out any sewing machine repairs or servicing, we begin with a comprehensive pre-service assessment to ensure we understand exactly what your machine needs.

This assessment includes:

• Dismantling & Inspection: We carefully open up your machine to access all key areas.

• Thorough Clean & De-Lint: Old lint, dust, and thread build-up are removed to restore smooth operation.

• Air Compressor Blowout: We use an air compressor to clear hard-to-reach areas.

• Oiling & Basic Maintenance: Key moving parts are lubricated to keep your machine running smoothly.

• Component & Diagnostic Checks: We examine all essential systems and run diagnostics to identify any potential issues.

• Fresh Needle & Thread Testing: A new needle is fitted and tested with bobbin thread to check compatibility and rule out simple causes of stitching problems.

This process gives us a clear picture of your machine’s overall condition and helps us provide accurate recommendations for any further repairs or servicing that may be required.
